Entering Stop Losses for held assets on Coinbase... not new orders

Is there a way to enter a Stop Loss for an existing held asset in your account (not new orders on Advanced)?

Also, is there an API integration into TradingView? The existing Coinbase Advanced exchanges freezes up on me no matter what browser I use.
