Last June, we announced that we will be replacing Coinbase Pro with our enhanced trading platform, Coinbase Advanced. As of November 27, 2023, our phased migration has completed and we are no longer supporting Coinbase Pro on web and mobile. For API trading, customers need to integrate their code base into Advanced API. Advanced API offers REST and websocket protocols so that customers can use Advanced Trade under one unified Coinbase account.
Your Pro API key will not work with Advanced API, but you can complete your set up with Coinbase Advanced API as follows:
- Create your API key and select your permissions.
- Review the API documentation guides to set up your trading strategies.
- Participate in the Developer Forum for support.
- If you use a supported trading automation service (e.g. 3commas, CryptoHopper, Altrady, Bitsgap, Coinrule, Mizar, Stoic) connect your Coinbase Advanced API key.
