New errors -- could not find user's accounts

The error occurred twice, then stopped.

I have never seen the error before 3/31/2023.

“Could not find user’s accounts information”

Hello @jasondeb17! Thanks for providing us with the information and we understand that you have encountered an unfamiliar error code. As we have checked on this Status Page for coinbase.com, we have noted that there had been Intermittent Issues for Advanced Trade last March 29, 2023 which could be related to the unexpected error message that you have received recently. Hence, we would like to first rule out the reported query as a temporary issue and might not be existing up to now since the incident has already been resolved by Mar 29, 11:30 PDT.

Related to this, if the issue persists, we would like you to provide us with any information or screenshot that can demonstrate the problem so we could investigate further about your concern.
