How to fix WooCommerce Plugin error "incompatible with 'High-Performance order storage'"

When adding the Coinbase Commerce WooCommerce plugin, I get the warning:

WooCommerce has detected that some of your active plugins are incompatible with currently enabled WooCommerce features.

Digging deeper:

This plugin is incompatible with the enabled WooCommerce feature ‘High-Performance order storage’, it shouldn’t be activated.

I don’t think this is a very hard fix (to make the plugin compatible with the High Performance order storage). Is there another work around? Or is this being fixed?
