We understand that you get 401 Unauthorised error while you call our api. We would suggest you to please re-check your API key configuration as 4xx errors are usually client side errors.

Can try to help you if you provide some code snippets that preps your message. I Code with Python primarily. Have worked through basically all of the endpoints for the Advanced Trade API including Portfolios, so I have run into most all issues with getting python code to function.
