Error in confirmation charge/invoce "Failed to establish a connection to the remote server at"

hello i am getting troubles with integration cause i don’t get back confirmations about payments via webhook . i want to clear : this integration worked perfectly before and since 6 month ago stops . i just changed to new domain and obviesly already replace all of it by new domain (whitelist and Webhook subscriptions). my ssl cert is working

ALSO i simulate confirmation via POSTMAN AND WORKS . and my logs i can see request from postman but the coinbase’s one not
