Wallet:Transactions:Send -- Increasing $1 Daily Send Limit

We saw in the documentation that by default there is send_limit_amount limited to $1.00 per day, but there is a way to add a meta[send_limit_amount] that is higher, but when we attempt to do that we get and error that Send limit over the allowed limit ($1.00).

How do we increase our send limit to something that is more reasonable? I know that a user can change it themselves during the OAuth process, but that seems like a very poor user experience to hope that users notice to change that on their own.

Hello @bam_front! Welcome to the forum community.

We would like to let you know that for new applications, meta[send_limit_amount] is limited to $1.00 per user. The only way for now is a user changing the limit by themselves!

Below is the process -

The send limit, however, can be changed by each user who authorises your application during consent time (not for the developer at client/app creation time) when they successfully authenticate and connect to your app for the first time. The OAuth2 consent page has a field for the limit that the user can edit before confirming the authorization. Your users can review the permissions before they confirm the authentication under the “Debit money from their your section” and then they may click on the “Change this amount” link to modify the amount.

Rest assured, we will log this as a feedback request with our internal teams so we can continue improving our user experience. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA for this but rest assured that this is already noted. Most new features and improvements to our products come directly from feedback like yours, so it’s very valuable to us. While we can’t offer any specific timeline for adding features, we are constantly working to build products our customers will love.
