Wallet as a service has been announced and launched a while ago yet it’s been down for the past few 2+ days. When will this “cloud service” be up… like, you know, clouds should be? Why launch it if it’s not ready or Coinbase lacks the capacity to handle such a product?

First, I apologize for you encountering this error. Cloud/WaaS isn’t down and customers have been logging in. I’m wondering if this error is localized on your machine. Does clearing the cache and/or cookies help you here?
I know that isn’t a great solution, we will investigate what happened on our end.
