Is it possible to use a test network (like Ropsten or Rinkeby) while developing with Coinbase Commerce? How do we select those networks?

@jewel-ssi Would you be able to expand on this? The article linked here doesn’t seem to indicate anything. With Checkout, there doesn’t seem to be a way to specify test net in order to test with Goerli. Unless I’m missing something?
