I’ve been receiving a lot of “The remote party closed the WebSocket connection without completing the close handshake.” lately on the websocket. This isn’t something which happens all the time, just sometimes randomly.
Re-opening and then sending the subscription message again works. But is this really the way to do things?
Are other users also experiencing this error?

Hi @Loop_11, this happens on multiple channels, the main one on which it is happening ‘frequently’ is the user channel. I’m currently catching this error and whenever we receive it we just resubscribe. That seems to work. Unsure if this is intended behavior from the .NET framework.
