We wish to inform you that as per our checking, it is actually not possible now to get the address_id of the two addresses (from and to) through Coinbase API when using Testnet assets. You should be able to pull participant addresses (to, from) for on-chain transactions via blockchain APIs like Etherscan or Covalent, but not with Coinbase API.
