It must. Also, nothing like having a little skin in the game to keep you sharp. I’m already feeling a little sheepish for having raised the topic, though as @arood said, at least they’re aware of it.
Better for all that team is handling real-world problems, though.

An interesting support model for them. Not sure how effective that is for the users, however. Fortunately, as I’ve said, it’s a non-issue for me. However, that doesn’t mean the problem is fixed, and that it won’t be an issue for others.
@blah - I agree - Do you have a ticket number or something I can use to ask about improving the experience?
